1. The service
Artize lets DJs host branded submission portals with a live request queue, payments, gifts, and chat. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
DJs are responsible for their account and for the content played on their portal. You must have the rights to any content you play or distribute.
3. Submissions & payments
Fans submit tracks and may pay for skip tiers or send voluntary gifts. Payments are authorized on submission and captured only when the DJ approves; rejected requests are not charged. Gifts are voluntary and never change queue position. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its terms.
4. Rights & acceptable use
You may not submit or play content you do not have the rights to, or use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Connected platforms
Connecting YouTube or Twitch is optional and used only to display live status and channel identity. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
